RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WOLO) – The Richland County Coroner released the name of the shooting victim that died in the early evening on Tuesday, May 10. Gary Watts said Darrell Richardson, 33, was shot before dying at 7:30 p.m. in the emergency room at Palmetto Health Richland. The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
