Ethics Panel: Don’t Use Donations to Pay for Dry Cleaning
A House panel says legislators can’t use campaign donations to pay for dry cleaning, gasoline or living expenses, but it’s OK to buy a suit with donations if it’s only worn at the Statehouse or political events.
