Watch: New Tunnel Greenway Project opens in Columbia
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–One of the project’s funded under the Richland County Penny tax is now complete. City of Columbia and Richland County Leaders have officially opened the Lincoln Tunnel Greenway.
