Richland county man arrested on child pornography charges

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO) – Officials say, Gilbert Baco, 71, of  Columbia, SC, has been arrested on twelve charges connected to the exploitation of a minor. Investigators received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) which led them to Baco.
