COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Long-serving South Carolina State Senator William O’Dell has died. The 77-year-old chairman of the Senate General Committee died Thursday morning. He represented District Four, which covers part of Anderson, Abbeville, and Greenwood Counties.
