Flora Wins 2nd Straight Golf State Title

Longs, SC (WOLO) — In golf, every shot counts. No one knows that better than the A.C. Flora golf team. After St. James’ celebration, the scores were counted and the two teams ended up tied. 3 of St. James’ players hit shots in the water in the one-hole playoff. Flora’s Will Murphy, who will play his college golf at USC, hit the final putt for the Falcons. Flora won the playoff by 3 shots. “It’s great,” Murphy said. “The last high school tournament, the last junior tournament to go out like this, it’s just real special.”
