Bradley Back At Practice For Gamecocks

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Jackie Bradley Jr. says he’s definitely making the trip to Omaha. He’s just not sure yet if he’ll be part of USC baseball’s 27-man roster. Tuesday, the 2010 College World Series Most Outstanding Player practiced with his teammates for the first time since wrist surgery at the end of April. Bradley went through defensive drills and light hitting drills and said he felt good. USC Head Baseball Coach Ray Tanner said Bradley is a little ahead of where he thought he would be at this point. Tanner said Bradley still isn’t ready for live pitching and a decision on whether he will be part of the Gamecocks’ 27-man roster for the College World Series won’t come until later in the week.
