Fire damages 4 buildings in Greenville strip mall
GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) — Officials say four stores have been damaged in a fire at a strip mall in Greenville.
The Wade Hampton Fire Department was called shortly after 11 p.m. Tuesday to the Lake Forest Shopping Center.
Firefighters took about 45 minutes to extinguish the flames.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
A fire early Wednesday destroyed a duplex near Greenville High School. No injuries were reported but a dog died in the fire. The cause of that fire also is under investigation.
