Maxcy Gregg Park Centennial Celebration

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — Maxcy Gregg Park Centennial Celebration in Columbia. The family that donated the land critical to the creation of Maxcy Gregg Park will be honored Sunday, October 9 at the Maxcy Gregg Centennial Celebration rededication ceremony. In 1911, George Rembert donated 15 acres along what is now Blossom Street to the City of Columbia to establish Maxcy Gregg Park. Members of the Rembert Family will attend the centennial celebration
