No Sign of Trauma or Foul Play in Baby’s Death

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Richland County Coroner says an autopsy on a 15 month old infant that died Thursday Night reveals no signs of trauma or foul play. Coroner Gary Watts says Versha McCants was taken the hospital from a Columbia Daycare Thursday afternoon. An Autopsy performed today is still pending a final cause of death awaiting further test results; however Coroner Watts stated that no signs of trauma or foul play were found during the autopsy. The Richland County Coroners Office and Columbia Police Department continue to investigate.
