Benedict Comes Up Short in D-II Tournament

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — The Benedict Tigers saw its season come to an end Saturday night after a loss in the opening round of the NCAA Division II Tournament. The Tigers were the 8 seed in the south region and lost to the 1 seed Alabama-Huntsville 69-61 at the UAH campus. The Benedict men’s basketball team finishes the season with a 19-11 overall record.
