Deputies: Scammer Wanted for Posing as Contractor

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Police are on the lookout for a man they say defrauded a woman out of $2,500. Now, they need your help locating Willie Hayes. Investigators say a 65-year-old Lower Richland County resident gave Hayes a series of down payments to do repair work on her home last year.
