Cruise Controversy in Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — It could be late fall before a decision is made on South Carolina’s proposed $35 million cruise terminal in Charleston. Meanwhile, state regulators are asking for comment on a revised permit for the project which has sparked lawsuits in both state and federal court.
