Jennings Hearing Postponed

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — A court hearing for Zinah Jennings, the mother of missing Midlands toddler Amir Jennings, has been postponed. The hearing, regarding what evidence will be allowed at her upcoming trial, was set for today. However, according to the Richland County Solicitor’s Office the hearing was postponed until Wednesday morning. Some evidence in question includes a bloody blanket prosecutors say investigators found in Zinah Jennings car back in December. Last week, prosecutors told a judge that blood matched Amir Jennings’ blood. Jennings is being held on an unlawful conduct toward a child charge involving her missing, now 2 year old son, Amir Jennings. A trial date in the case has been set for August 27th.
