752 Graduate From Clemson in Summer Ceremony

CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) _ Clemson University has sent 752 more graduates into the world. The school held its summer graduation on Friday, handing out 337 received bachelor’s degrees, 357 master’s degrees and 58 doctorates. Clemson alumnus Thomas Fields Hash spoke to the graduates. A 1969 mechanical engineering graduate, Hash retired in 2007 from energy company Bechtel National Inc. Hash told the graduates their Clemson education will make a lifelong difference for them and their families. Hash also was given an honorary doctorate of science during the ceremony.
