Man arrested after deadly nightclub shooting
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Richland County investigators have arrested a man who they say is responsible for a deadly shooting at a Columbia club.
Sheriff Leon Lott says James Bethel, Jr. was arrested Sunday and charged with murder.
Deputies say the shooting took place early Sunday morning at Mr. Lucky’s on Seminole Drive. Apparently, the suspect and the bouncer for the club had an argument, which led to the shootout. The bouncer was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
