COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – A local school district is celebrating the opening of a new diesel technology program in Columbia. Richland School District One, along with Navistar, Inc., will hold the grand opening ceremony on Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Heyward Career and Technology Center.
