Romney Accepts Party’s Nomination

TAMPA, FL (AP) – Mitt Romney has accepted the GOP presidential nomination. It came after he entered the convention hall at the Republican National Convention from the rear to the rousing cheers of delegates. Romney says he’s chosen a running mate who has a big heart and is from a small town. Romney said the optimism felt by Americans after the election of President Barack Obama has been replaced about doubt about the future.
