Man Shot to Death at Greenwood Apartment

GREENWOOD, S.C. (AP) _ Greenwood County officials say a man has died after a shooting at an apartment complex. The coroner’s office says 23-year-old Dantavius D. Christian died shortly after 4 a.m. Sunday at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood from a gunshot wound to the head. Greenwood police say the shooting happened shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday. Capt. Nick Futch says there was a party or get-together at one of the apartments, and the victim was shot. Futch says officers have not determined what led to the shooting. Police are looking for the shooter. An autopsy was planned Monday in Anderson.
