Sending Holiday Cheer Early Overseas

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Military deployments and hospital stays may keep many of our nation’s heroes away from home this holiday season, but you can help spread some cheer. Starting Monday, the Red Cross is asking local residents to send cards thanking our troops, veterans and their families. You can make them out to the following address: Holiday Mail for Heroes P.O. Box 5456 Capitol Heights, MD 20791-5456 The cards will be accepted through December 7th.
