Main Street Cleared: Package turns out to be Fed Ex box

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Main Street is clear after being blocked off for more than 2 hours Friday afternoon near the 1200 block. Columbia police and fire responded to a suspicious package. As a precaution, officials blocked off the area to cars and pedestrians around 1:00 pm. The street has been cleared. The box was a Fed Ex box.
