May 31. 10 a.m. MOTORCYCLE SAFETY-PRESS CONFERENCE — The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles will hold a press event to announce new procedures designed to improve motorcycle rider safety and licensing. If the weather permits, there will be a motorcycle test demonstration in the parking lot. In the event of rain, an alternate indoor location will be available.
