Hepititis Outbreak Sickens Dozens

(WOLO) FAIRFIELD, OREGON — More than 30 people have fallen ill with Hepatitis A and the CDC says they may have found a common thread. According to health officials, everyone who has gotten sick in the West Coast reports eating a popular frozen fruit smoothie, officials say may have made them sick. Official say the Townsend Farm’s organic Antioxidant blend, with special pomegranate seeds from Turkey may be tainted by the virus. The item which was sold at Costco stores along the West Coast , have now been removed from store shelves.
