Early Morning Car Chase

(WOLO) COLUMBIA, S.C. A man who authorities say led them on a morning car chase is behind bars tonight. Around 1 am Sunday morning Richland County Deputies noticed a car matching the description of one wanted in a missing persons case. Authorities tried to pull the car over but they say 49 year old Benjamin Kearse took off. Kearse slammed into a tree a short time later on Decker Boulevard. He is facing several charges including driving under the influence and possession of cocaine. (source: Richland Country Sheriff’s Department)
