Opening Statements in Bailey Murder Trial

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – A Richland County murder trial is moving forward in court. Officials say a jury has been selected in Marcus Bailey’s case and, opening statements will be heard Tuesday morning. He’s accused of killing 26-year-old Almanita Smith at her Northeast Columbia home last August. Authorities say her body was found on the front lawn.
