Deputies: Man Shot, Killed Holding Toddler

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – A Midlands toddler is caught in the middle of a deadly shooting in Richland County. That’s according to deputies. They say an innocent bystander was hit by gunfire and killed at Deep Park Apartments, near Interstate 20. The victim was reportedly holding a three-year-old, who was not injured in the incident.
