Children Find Body In Lowcountry Park

  Goose Creek, SC (Berkeley County Coroner)-State and local law enforcement agents are investigating the death of a man whose body was found by school children in a park in Goose Creek.  The children were riding their bikes late Wednesday afternoon when they saw a body and called out to the man but he didn’t respond. One of the boys then called 911.  Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury says the death is being treated as a homicide. He would not comment further. An autopsy was scheduled for Thursday.  The children said they saw a red pickup truck leave the park shortly before paramedics arrived.
