Columbia hosting small business health care forum

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Columbia is offering small business owners a chance to learn about changes to health care. The City of Columbia will host the first of two Affordable Care Act Forums for Small Business Owners on Thursday. Small business owners with five or more employees can attend the free event. Panelists from organizations including BlueCross Shield of South Carolina will be on hand to talk about ways small businesses can save money and how they’ll be impacted by the new law. A second session is planned for Oct. 23.
