Greater Columbia Chamber Of Commerce President and CEO Steps Down

Columbia, SC (Greater Columbia Chamber Of Commerce)-Columbia Chamber President and CEO Ike McLeese has announced he will step down from his role at the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce at the end of this year. After 19 years of service to the Greater Columbia region, McLeese will reduce his duties to that of a consultant for military affairs with the Columbia Chamber. McLeese has been on medical leave since suffering a heart attack in September. He anticipates returning to the chamber later this year to finish his term as president and CEO and transition to his new role. The Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, chaired by Holt Chetwood, Midlands Market President, and Wells Fargo will lead the effort to identify new chamber leadership with broad input from the community.
