Man Charged in W. Columbia Apartment Fire

West Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–  West Columbia police have charged a man with involuntary manslaughter in a September fire that left one person dead.
  According to police, Daniel Dupuy was present when the fire started at the Granby Oaks Apartment complex and did nothing to warn other residents and also failed to call 9-1-1.
