SC lawyers offering wills help to first responders

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Some law firms in South Carolina are teaming up to help first responders with their estate planning. Attorneys from Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and McAngus Goudelock & Courie are offering free services on Wednesday to commemorate the Sept. 11 attacks. Through the Nelson Mullins Wills for Heroes programs, first responders from Richland County can get help putting together a will or planning out how they’d like their estate dealt with after they die. Since starting the program, Nelson Mullins says its attorneys have put together thousands of free wills.
