Deputies Arrest 5 Suspected Gang Members

Richland Co.,S.C. (WOLO)–   Richland Co. Sheriff Leon Lott says he has scored a victory in the battle against gangs in the Midlands.
   Lott announced Thursday that his department arrested five suspected gang members on October 28th.
  Their charges range from armed robbery and  weapons possession to attempted murder.
  The sheriff added that the efforts of law enforcement agencies, working together, will rid the streets of the criminal element who think they are running things – contrary to their belief they,” aren’t running anything.”
