COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — A fall literary festival at the University of South Carolina is wrapping up with a presentation by author Cassandra King. During the festival, writers come to the Columbia campus to read from their work, talk with students and sign copies of their books. They also participate in a master class with literary students. King is the author of short fiction stories, essays and novels. She reads from her works Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Hollings Special Collection Library. Her newest novel, “Moonrise,” was just released.
