Deputies Search for Armed Robbery/Kidnapping Suspect

(WOLO) COLUMBIA,S.C., — Richland County deputies continue searching for a man accused of robbing an area business and holding an employee against her will. Authorities tell ABC Columbia News the man entered a Dollar General store in the 62 hundred block of Two Notch Road Saturday night demanding money. Officials say the suspect pulled a knife and then held it to the throat of one of the employees while holding her against her will. Deputies say the suspect was able to flee from the business with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect remains on the loose tonight. No injuries were reported.
