Assault Arrest

Columbia, SC (WOLO)- Columbia Police say they’ve arrested a man accused of breaking into two homes and sexually assaulting the women inside. Investigators say in the early morning hours of March 25th Nathan Martinez entered a home off of Leesburg road…tied up the victim and threatened to harm a family member. Police say Martinez then took the victim to a location on air base road where they say he assaulted her. Investigators say Martinez is also charged with a similar crime in Forest Acres.
