Security Guard Shot

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (AP) — Myrtle Beach police are looking for two men they say broke into a youth baseball complex and shot at a security guard there. Capt. David Knipes says two men were seen breaking into cars and a building at the Cap Ripken Experience at around 4:30 a.m. Thursday. Knipes says the suspects also stole golf carts. Knipes says one of the men shot at a security guard, who returned fire. The guard was not injured. Police and security guards recovered the golf carts but have not found the suspects. The investigation is ongoing.
