Prescription Drug Take-Back Day

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– Saturday is your chance to get rid of unwanted or expired prescription medications. Several area law enforcement agencies are participating in the DEA’S National Drug Take Back day between 10 and 2 Saturday. According to the DEA, prescription medications are the second most commonly abused drug among young people. Drop offs can be made at the following locations: Columbia Police Dept. 1 Justice Square 10AM-2PM Richland Co. Sheriff’s Dept. 5623 Two Notch Rd. 10AM-2PM W. Columbia Police Dept.
