Victim’s Rights Week kicks off

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – We will take a moment to remember the victims of crime Monday. The South Carolina Victim Assistance Network is holding a unity ceremony, candlelight vigil. It’s scheduled between noon and 2PM at the Columbia Doubletree Hotel. Organizers say the event will help kick off the annual Victim’s Rights Week.
