Man trimming trees killed in Calhoun Falls

CALHOUN FALLS, S.C. (AP) — A 50-year-old man trimming trees had died after he was struck by a limb at a home in Calhoun Falls.

Abbeville County Deputy Coroner Sam Ferguson told The Index-Journal of Greenwood (http://bit.ly/1jUFWLE ) that Steven Lynn Blair was hit by the limb Saturday afternoon and died a short time later.

Ferguson says Blair was working on a yard along state Highway 81 when he died.
