Man wanted for loaded gun found among toys in SC
COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — South Carolina police are looking for a man in connection to a loaded gun left in a children’s toy aisle at a Target store.
Police said Thursday that David Dennis is wanted for the charge of unlawfully carrying a handgun.
Police say an employee at the Myrtle Beach store reported on May 30 that he found a black handgun on top of a superhero toy box while investigating a possible theft.
The employee says he saw a man repeatedly walking around that section of the store.
Authorities say the 9-mm handgun was not reported stolen and had eight bullets inside.
