Media to hear from Ravenel Monday as he files Signatures for office

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–Embattled former SC State Treasurer and reality show star Thomas Ravenel will file signatures with the State Election Comission Monday. Ravenel will arrive at the commission at 10:00 a.m. EDT on Monday, and offer remarks after he has met with commission officials. Ravenel announced earlier this month his intent to run as an independent for the US Senate seat currently held by Lindsey Graham. Ravenel has said he wants to reduce the size of government and give people more personal freedom. He also says the U.S. needs a better foreign policy.
