Trader Joe’s Recalls Certain Fruits

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Trader Joe’s is recalling certain fruits due to possible Lysteria contamination. Trader Joe’s is removing certain peaches, nectarines, plums and plumcots from its shelves. They were sold between June 2nd and July 18th. There are no reported cases of illness so far, but Trader Joe’s says it’s removing the products out of “extreme caution.” Customers are urged not to eat the produce, to throw it away or return it for a full refund. Trader Joe’s is not the only store to sell the produce. It’s packaged by Wawona, who issued a nationwide recall.
