Fall Festival Ushers in Halloween

(WOLO) COLUMBIA,S.C., — Halloween is not hear yet, but that didn’t keep dozens of kids from getting in on some early treats. Many of them, donning their costumes came out to enjoy the annual Fall Festival downtown Columbia. During the event children were able to enjoy bouncy houses, train rides and of course plenty of candy.
