Richland County Corrections Officer Arrested

Richloand County, SC (WOLO)-A Richland County corrections officer is arrested for allegedly purposefully injuring an inmate Samuel Colter turned himself in to authorities this morning. According to authorities…Colter slammed the victim’s fingers in the trap door of his prison cell… causing severe injuries.
