Third Arrest in Councilman Shooting Death
(WOLO) CHESTER, S.C., — A third suspect in the drive-by shooting of a Chester County city council member will remain behind bars after a magistrate denied bond. A magistrate has reportedly denied bond over the weekend for 20-year-old De’Angelo Raheem Roseboro, who’s charged with accessory before the fact to a felony in the death of council member and retired police officer Odell Williams. Williams was shot in the head Nov. 4 as he sat in his car. Two other men have been charged in the case, and police are searching for a fourth. It wasn’t clear Sunday if Roseboro has an attorney. Chester law enforcement officials said earlier this month they believe gang activity was at the center of Williams’ murder. (Source: Associated Press )
