Governor Haley declares State of Emergency

COLUMBIA, SC ( WOLO ) – – Governor Nikki Haley declares State of Emergency in South Carolina due to winter storm warning. The State of Emergency impacts 31 counties, as parts of the upstate and Northern Midlands prepares for snow Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The order calls for state agencies to coordinate emergency responses to ensure the safety of SC residents. Forecasts predict 3 to 4 inches of snow in the upstate.
