(WOLO) COLUMBIA,S.C., — 59 year old Ray Pickett has turned himself into police after he was accused of leaving the scene of a deadly hit and run. Highway Patrol officers say a State Department of Transportation worker was doing road repairs when he was struck along Interstate 77.
