Man Shot, Killed Outside Apartment Near Summerville

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (AP) _ Dorchester County deputies are investigating the shooting death of a man outside an apartment complex near Summerville. Dorchester County Coroner Chris Nisbet told local media outlets that 34-year-old Justine Caesar Roberts was declared dead at the scene shortly before midnight on Tuesday. Authorities say he was shot several times outside the apartment complex where he lived with his girlfriend and three small children. There have been no arrests so far.
