Deputies Investigate After Body Found in Spartanburg County

LYMAN, S.C. (AP) _ Sheriff’s deputies in Spartanburg County are investigating after a body was found in the woods near Lyman. Randy Bogan with the coroner’s office told area media outlets that the body found around 2 p.m. Monday was unrecognizable. Authorities are trying to identify the person and determine if any foul play was involved.
