Groups Push SC Lawmakers to approve Road, Bridge Funding

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Local businesses, The SC Chamber and others are driving home a message to state lawmakers…fix our roads. The South Carolina Alliance to Fix Our Roads Tuesday urged lawmakers to increase funding for roads, bridges and the state’s infrastructure. Members say they are tired of the roads issue taking a backseat to other legislation. The groups says bad roads are costing drivers money and they believe the issue needs to be addressed now.
